Refunds/Returns
This page contains the terms and conditions as well as my refund/returns policy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from SewKnotRight. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
WELCOME TO SewKnotRight.
I sell handmade quilted, sewn, embroidered (or a combination of the three) items as well as other handmade items as listed on my category page. Custom orders will occasionally be sold. Each design will have a slight variation due to the custom handmade work and love that goes into every order and will not be considered a design flaw.
PAYMENT
SewKnotRight accepts PayPal and Credit Cards as forms of payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account. Payment is due upon placement of order. You will also have the opportunity to enter your credit card during check out.
LEAD TIME
In stock items will usually be shipped within 3 (three) days. You will be notified in the rare case that this schedule cannot be met. For custom orders (because each item is made to order), our lead time is order specific and can range from 1-3 weeks depending on size and design complexity. You will be notified with an approximate lead time with your quote.
SHIPPING
$5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, payments cannot be refunded on orders. If you are not happy with your order please email jan@sewknotright.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out.
All changes on custom orders must be made within 24 hours.
Your access to and use of the SewKnotRight ecommerce store is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the store.
By accessing or using the SewKnotRight ecommerce store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not make a purchase.

SewKnotRight ecommerce store may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the SewKnotRight.
SewKnotRight ecommerce store has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SewKnotRight shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
It is strongly advised that you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
CHANGES
SewKnotRight reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our ecommerce store after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the SewKnotRight ecommerce store.
